Hey everyone! It was brought to our attention that we accidentally scheduled our claims date on Yom Kippur, so we have decided to move claims by one day to Sunday September 15th.  The rest of the schedule will remain the same. Here is the updated schedule for the rest of Round 2: Artist Sign Ups Close – September 6th, 2013 Art Drafts Due – September 9th, 2013 Art Up for Claims – September 15th, 2013  Author Check In (mandatory) – November 9th - 16th, 2013 Fics Due – December 15th, 2013 Posting Schedule Up - December 27th, 2013 Posting Starts – January 3rd, 2014 We apologize for not realizing the original claims date was a holiday when planning the schedule and for any inconvenience the date change may cause. Please keep in mind that we allow proxies for claims, if necessary.

This message is going out to address some of the complaints we have had with round two. We are very sorry that some of you did not know that there was going to be a round two of claims, we did announce it in advance and give the artists time to opt out. We have both a tumblr and a Livejournal account for you to follow. For those of you who don't check the comm regularly there is a feature on LJ called track. It is a little push pin at the top of our journal entries. If you click it, it will bring you to a page where you can choose the option of having emails sent to you informing you of posting. We would recommend you follow all post or track the Mod!post tag to avoid this in the future. It is your responsibility to keep up with it's deadlines and updates as important announcements will be posted there. If your art has not already been claimed, we are willing to take it down if you message us telling us to do so before it is claimed. There is a caveat to this, we can't track messages 24 hours a day. If you send a message and your art gets claimed before we see it, it won't be taken down. If it has already been claimed and you didn't want it to be, we are sorry, but we will not take away the match ups from the writers, it would be unfair to them. You are in no way obligated to make extra art for any of your match ups. We are sorry for any inconveniences you have had, so to avoid all this in the future, please keep up to date with the comm.
