as most of my posts here will be reuploads from my twitter & tiktok, i probably won’t be active here

short answer: whatever fits their vibe & appeals to both me and the audience

long answer: i. love. designing. whenever i design mcyt im always thinking of 2 things - references/significances and the audience

for references/significances, im thinking of people that they are often paired with and how i can incorporate them into the design :) i love companionship a lot, so any time i could reference their friends i immediately take it… a basic example would be my favourite parrot and wifies matching raccoon tails!

that also ties to my second point which is the audience. Imo people love to see duos or trios etc so being able to reference them in a design reels people in… it makes a design so much more likeable!! as a people-oriented person, i strive to find the middle ground between what i like and what people like and i think I’ve been pretty successful so far! not only do i enjoy drawing my designs (so i draw them more often), but other people also like my designs a lot :D win win!!!

i mainly line (and sometimes colour) with this, but i use lasso tool for colouring most of the time ^^
