You can send anonymous messages to your own blog, meaning you can fake any inbox message for any reason.

If someone says they are getting death threats or hate mail from someone specific, there’s no reason not to post a screenshot of it as evidence.

If two blogs are fighting and start using the “minors-trauma-harassment-sending their followers after me-monster-death threats” word salad without ANY evidence of any of those things, just ignore them. It’s word salad that internet people use when they want to paint the other person in a bad light, because it provokes a strong reaction.

And, most importantly, people lie. People will lie for stupid, petty reasons, and will often double down on those lies if they get too deep into it.

Over the course of the next few weeks…

Moments of them bonding that Mars doesn’t want leaked, because 1. It would reveal their growing relationship and 2. Folly would skin him alive if her threatening aura was diminished by photos of her getting silly with it.
