Recently, I was able to get my hands on a hand cycle thanks to @parasportsontario and I am about two weeks away from undertaking one of the hardest challenges of my life. I will be joining Nick Foley for the @move_for_inclusion and peddling around 1000km from Belleville, Ontario to Quebec City. This adventure should take a week of cycling. I have been training on a stationary hand cycle for the past year but I have never actually road a hand cycle until this past week where I came to realize the challenge will be much greater than I anticipated. While starting to feel nervous, I am extremely excited to embark on this new journey. I am going to give it my all and hopefully help raise some awareness and funds for this amazing foundation.
