Does this mean I’M the good looking twin now?

“Oh—right. Now I remember.”

“....I...don’t..”

        “You looked pretty annoyed, honestly.  I didn’t wanna stick around if I’d pissed you off.”  He shrugged lightly, but turned back to the other, not leaving yet.

        He sighed and shook his head.  The other seemed annoyed and he didn’t feel like making things worse.  “Sorry,” he said abruptly, and then turned to open a portal and leave the area.

        “Well… now you have a ton of pillows for the next time you do, I guess.”

        “You shouldn’t have fallen asleep in a random place.”  He could have done something much worse than bury the other in pillows, after all.

        Now he kind of wanted to poke that peeking face.  The question was, did he dare?  He did.  Poke!

        Look at how cute he was!  it would be a shame if something horrible happened to him.  Which was why he started stacking pillows on the other redhead, caaaarefully, geeeently stacking pillows.  Soon, Reno was completely swallowed in a pile of pillows.  Thankfully, he could still breathe!

        The impulse to do something mischievous is almost too great to ignore—

“Anything in particular you wanna do, or…?”

“What day?”

I read that as twelve, somehow

He was pretty sure Reno was paying too much for that place, but he wasn’t going to ask about it.  Money was a touchy subject for some.  “I don’t know the town too well, or particularly care where we go, so just lead us somewhere that sounds good to you.”
