Last night I dreamed I went to work and the whole place had been re-designed so that in order to get to my desk I had to climb a ladder and squeeze through a hole in the ceiling that was almost, but not quite, too small for me.
Then I was asked to babysit a van full of instruments and sound equipment parked on a steep hill. The moment I got in it started rolling downward toward a busy intersection. I tried to find the brake, but the floor was covered in garbage and I couldn't reach the bottom of it.

If you are a socially anxious person, you have to socialize. Your panic/anxiety attacks will only get worse and trigger more frequently if you constantly avoid contact with The Public. Not saying that you need to be a social butterfly- but there is a genuine problem with not being able to order your own meal at a restaurant. And it cannot be solved by always having someone else do it for you.
