“Generally, people do not know what is happening.  And they do not know that they do not know.”  - Noam Chomsky

I dreamt a familiar dream of the end results of the misguided, short-reaching, self-serving choices of man last night.  Empty streets and empty brains; the best way to sum the energy up as a whole.  No matter how hard I tried to warn, no matter that I screamed to the point of exasperated lungs, my message was still not taken on board, my voice as good as silent.  I was a ghost amongst the living, and than it was too late.  The one last chance to escape with some sort of freedom stripped away by the inability of those around me to act. Â
It is not an uncommon things for my mind to tell me stories of such future worldly constructs, and it is definitely not unprecedented from me to awake frustrated at society and to wonder at how much truth these worlds portray.

The future is not written in stone, and with every choice, comes a chance to make another.  What does deeply concern me with society as it stand at this moment in time is that, while many eyes are beginning to truly open for the first time, there is still a belief amongst many that if things are a certain way, that is that, and we are best off just accepting this.  No change, neither constructive or destructive, comes from decided that something is unchangeable.  Without change there can be no growth, and without growth there can be no life, for to grow and to change is to live.  A statue stands vibrant for a small time, but quickly it wares and deteriorates, unable to withstand the beating heart of the universe.
