The Zone! Drawings i made in Minsk, after we left the Belarusian exclusion Zone. And a few pics. We wanted to be classy, so we packed a proper stalker sausage with us as a snack
So at least, for the first time and hopefully not the last time i have visited the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone. Took like bajillion reference pics and got loads of pics with Monolith patch. OFC had to draw something as well, would be shame not to! so here are my ink drawings, small fragments of the great vast place. I have more pics and a video on >my instagram too<

i am sure not many people are gonna give a damn, but i want to share anyway. first 9 of our 100 of something challenge, 100 portraits/facestudies this time. It's super easy to suffer the safe face syndrome as an illustrator so i was looking forward to this. Also who doesn't manage to do 100 in a month, gets to pay the rest in tap beers, fuu pricey! Also happy for any suggestion of interesting faces! Especially POC!

learning painting acrylics, taking picture of acrylics (struggle!) and overall trying to be more loose. more pics, truer colors, and progress on my ig <3 (god knows i need the traffic, algorithms are killing me. if my livelihood was dependent on ig exposure, i'd be fucked)

Apainting that i had plans with, it's Metro Exodus, Sam's story in Vladivostok specifically. Wanted to add a Sam with his harmonica and more story to it but i guess i ran out of steam. It was also sort of a study, because it's directly referenced from a screenshot, therefore there isn't really any original invention from my part. And since it's been ages since i did it, i now know i could make it a lot more better looking and faster nowadays than back then. Maybe i'll get back to it sometimes maybe? Probably not, but i still don't dislike it enough to let it just rot on my harddrive. Also i def learned a thing ot two here
