I found a place and I can move just as soon as I can fund all the lease and moving expenses. Which is great because I only had until midnight in August 31st in my current house and am on borrowed time.

New place will allow me to house my elderly parent with dementia and have a storefront gallery that has enormous walking traffic. A weekly farmer's market sets up 10ft from the front door. I finally convinced my mo it will be good. I need to get it done before she forgets. She's been resistant to moving despite the necessity. It's only a block away, so the move will not destroy her.
