Ann’s palace outfit has always bugged me. it just feels very weird and out of place. realistically, it’s meant to be fanservice. Ann’s character is often reduced to that, and it’s really obnoxious.

the other issue i have is that Ann’s story is, in part, about reclaiming her body and her identity after repeated sexualization. she should be allowed to reclaim her sexuality, and i think that story deserves to be told, even as a teenager.

that said, i think there are much more tasteful ways that Atlus could have done that with her palace attire, so i sort of worked within that. i kept the cut-out, but turned it into a jacket/bolero-type thing? i don’t quite know how to explain it lmao

i wanted to keep some of the latex-esc material, so that’s what i imagine the dress would be made of. i originally entertained a leotard, but i think that would lean too close to Sumi’s outfit. i removed the zippers cause i think they look weird (and give kinda weird implications because of where they are placed?? like why are they on her chest 🤨). instead, i wanted them to feel similar to boning in a corset. it gives the outfit shape without feeling weird. i kept her boots cause they are cunty as hell. and her tail is probably attached to the bottom of the bodice of her dress. idk the specifics tbh LMAO
