“A mother’s love endures through all”

Being a mother isn’t easy; it involves unimaginable challenges and tasks. It takes an amazing woman to be a mother. That's why I decided to create this month's collection inspired by them, their love, and their lives. 

Where I live, today we celebrated Mother’s Day so this is my gift to them. Amor Eterno is divided into three groups that represent three stages in a mother's life.

The first love: when that news hits and the connection begins; 

the nurturing: when lessons and growth happen with a probably a stern face but not less love 

the afterlife: when the time comes to leave, leaving behind all the memories and pure love

Amor Eterno is a song by the singer Juan Gabriel, which I always think of when I think about the endless love a mother can have, this song capture the sadness and longing of this loved one

I wanted to dedicated this collection for every single women who had taken this very hard job, for the ones that are beside us, the ones that are far away and for the ones that we can only see in our dreams, thank you for doing an amazing job.

Ser madre no es fácil; conlleva desafíos y tareas inimaginables. Se necesita una mujer extraordinaria para ser madre. Por eso, decidí crear la colección de este mes inspirada en el amor y la vida de las madres.

Donde vivo, hoy celebramos el Día de la Madre, así que este es mi regalo para ellas. Amor Eterno se divide en tres grupos que representan tres etapas en la vida de una madre:

el primer amor, cuando llega la noticia y comienza la conexión

la crianza, con lecciones y crecimiento, quizás con una cara dura, pero no por ello menos amorosa

la despedida, cuando llega el momento de partir, dejando atrás todos los recuerdos y el amor puro

Amor Eterno es una canción del cantante Juan Gabriel, en la que siempre pienso, cuando pienso en el amor infinito de una madre. Esta canción habla de la tristeza y la anhelo de ese ser querido.

Quise dedicar esta colección a todas las mujeres que han asumido este arduo trabajo: a las que están a nuestro lado, a las que están lejos y a las que solo podemos ver en nuestros sueños. Gracias por su increíble labor.
