Love and respect thy parents
If you think about the long line of those that have come before us youâd wonder how the heck some people ended up the way they did. Back in high school, I would have my friends antagonize me for abiding my parents every order, but in mind, they just didnât understand. It wasnât until I moved out and began to live on my own that I reaffirmed my belief that my parent really did know what would be best for me, but not what was best for me. Thereâs a difference! They understood that I needed to choose for myself and needed to burn my hands to learn that the stove is hot. And that's why I love them the most. Now, not all parents are perfect I would say that thereâs a lot of people that arenât supposed to be parents, but I would be going against my belief that we all have to learn on our own and experience personal trials. My parents arenât perfect and I donât accept everything that they tell me, but I do take it into account and weigh its viability. All parents love their children and most try to do their best but in order to do that they have to be selfless and unfortunately, some people are unwilling to sacrifice their wants to better the next generation. Think about what the world would be like if every parent in the world were exactly like yours???
