I'm wanting to write a Dragon Ball fanfic that changes the power system to Hamon and Stands from JJBA

I have a decent amount of the beginning figured out, but I cannot for the life of me figure out who the first villain should be. I keep thinking Emperor Pilaf maybe? But how do you make him a threat?

I think I need help :')

Actually, King Piccolo could possibly work here, but what would you do? Keep him as an alien?

It's not like Aliens don't exist in JoJo's, could that work?

I almost want to make him a human who's trying to become a vampire like Dio, but that isn't so original-

Would it be more interesting to keep Piccolo as an alien? I still want to include Piccolo Jr as a character too so I don't know-

Anyways, on another note I wrote a Piccolo/Goku fic because I wanted too lol.

Takes place a bit after the Buu saga, explores Piccolo's feelings and conflict after more or less after he was living on Goku's property after his death and getting closer with Chi-Chi, and while Chi-Chi/Goku/Piccolo is implied, it's mainly focused in Piccolo and Goku. No angst or anything, at least not what i would consider angst, and no smut because I don't really enjoy writing it :P
