Mordecai/Frogbot/Mlembi

Funnily enough, like the last one, this one's about a Pokégod.

There used to be a rumour about a hidden item named the "Mist Stone."

Above is a sprite of this supposed Mist Stone from a recent ROM hack, titled frlg.ips.

The Mist Stone was suggested to appear in the caves on Seafoam Island, the exact way to get it is unknown, but the rumors range from "collect every other item in the area, and it will appear," to "Find 6 other Pokégods, and then purchase 99 of every evolutionary stone."

Using this Mist Stone on a Pokémon's final stage would net you some weird evolutions, for example, using it on a Nidoking after leveling it up to level 100, along with a Slowbro and Nidoqueen, and beating the Elite Four twice in a row, would result in a Nidogod.

Using it on Sandslash would net you a Sandswipes, which is my favourite of the bunch.

Using it on Onix would net you a Dimonix, but I'd like to mention another rumour to getting this would be to trade a level 60 Onix 4 to 6 times, although the Mist Stone isn't actually involved in that one.

Finally, using a Mist Stone on Blastoise would net you Rainer. Rainer is unique in the fact that I actually have an image to use for it.

There are... a LOT of complicated steps to getting this thing in that ROM hack, involving some other Pokémon rumours, funnily enough. I won't get too into detail, however, as to keep it a surprise.
