Sooo I decided velvet has canon parents who abandoned her/gave her to the facility (will reveal eventually how it actually happened)

Although I will still do this regardless of which option wins,

(after years of failure to make the perfect avatar of her as accurate as possible, I finally succeeded and I'm literally so happy I can cosplay as my own phighting oc alas 🥹)
