New Lines in the Sand
Mike was at WAP waiting for his sister to arrive. Monet had been in LA for a few months now, planting little seeds, and getting familiar with the city. He had yet to introduce her to anybody, so he only figured family would be best first.
"Whoever, ya lil special guest is needs to hurry up, I gotta studio session to get to." Sammi was in the process of coming out with his sophomore album, and the stakes were high. Versace was on his back, because he'd been looked at as next in line after Zeus, but with the recent explosion, that was Kace, he'd been stressed. Not because he was scared of him, but he actually felt like he had competition now.
"Ain't shit about this woman lil." Mike chuckled as he seen Monet walking through the doors.
"Sorry I'm late." Monet gave the two males an apologetic smile. However, as soon as she seen Sammi all she could see was Mike. It warmed her heart to see the two of them next to each other.
"From that face, you probably already can tell." He chuckled , going behind the bar and making them some shots. "This is you Aunt Monet, Sammi." He sounded more like a dad than he ever did.
"Ohhh, wassup." Sammi was shocked, because Mike had never mentioned a sister, or anything about his family. The streets turned Mike into a secretive man without intention.
"You look just like your father." Mont giggled, walking up to him and giving him a hug. "What you two up to?"She asked, taking her jacket off, she sat at the bar with the guys.
"Waiting for your ass, but on another note I know everybody here knows Quincy now runs Sacramento, and he's charging us way more than the LK's were to use the cities routes. Now, we can run through LA but the risk of getting caught is higher." Mike was ready to get to business.
"Why not just kill him?" Sammi went for the obvious question.
"Duan is fucking his daughter, and actully loves shorty, so that will only be the absolute last resort." Mike didn't want to be "responsible" for another brother's heartbreak.
"What's his issue with you?" Monet asked Mike.
"I banged him up a little when Ice got snatched up." He wasn't remorseful at all, but leave it up to Mike to be the cause of the struggle.
"Sounds like we need to break down his operation. He won't be expecting it from you, because he knows the little gangs in Sac will start fucking with him." Money pulled out her phone and started making calls. It couldn't be anybody from LA, they had to play it smart.
"We start fucking with him, and you might just end up having to kill him." Sammi spoke, because he could already tell how this was going to end.

Quincy and Neo were at Midnight lounge getting ready for the grand opening. It was coming up in two weeks, and Quincy was finally starting to believe that it was happening. Nessa was going to perform, but he still had to tell her that her half-brother was in town.
The siblings never had a chance to build a bond, because the mother's hated each other so much. So, he was going to handle that when the time was right.
"I need your help." Mariana busted into the club's main area.
While Mariana was busy screwing Duan, somebody found out about her baby and took him and killed the family that had him. Her head was spinning, and not wanting to reach out to the Castellanos, she went to another old friend.
Mariana and Quincy had a couple fun night back when they were younger, but the two never saw anything serious in the other, so it was strange that she was coming to him.
"What's wrong?" Quincy asked out of curiosity.
"My baby is gone, and I don't know what to do. He was Carlos' son." Ana spoke through her tears the best she could.
When she brought up the baby, he knew exactly what she was talking about. Quincy had been working the channels to see if he could find the baby Zeus snatched, and in the midst caught wind of another baby being sold on the black market, but they told him it was the last living heir to the LK's. He wasn't a baby napper so he left it alone.
"We'll handle it." He only agreed, because if he was thinking right, this could be leverage for him. The Castellanos never gave him any issues, but he had to always keep a good hand.
