The Best Big Brother by lunarblossoms. Little Ace feels guilty for Luffy getting hurt, and helps care for him- after having to fight his brain about it, of course.

Slip of the Tongue by Space_Ghost_With_the_Most. Luffy accidentally calls Sanji "Sabo" while half asleep. It reopens a wound Luffy had long thought closed.

Take You Where I Roam by carsandtelephones37. labeled as Zoro/Luffy and Sanji/Luffy, but can be read as gen! When Luffy gets too far in his own head, it can be fixed one of two ways, and his wings know how to care for him in his low moments.

On My Life, The Music is Yours by @goodlucktai . Brook sings to an unconscious Luffy to try and comfort him after the time he spent captured.

One Little Thing by @goodlucktai . It's just a first degree burn, but the crew has a moment to worry over him and they take it

Clinical Practice by @goodlucktai . Chopper insists upon being the one to rescue Luffy because he might be hurt, and spends while caring for him before they make it back to the others

Put Your Faith in What You Most Believe In by @goodlucktai . Luffy's sick and has such a high fever that he calls out to Sabo. The strawhats call him and they all worry over their captain together while Chopper races against the clock.

Law/Luffy fics

Breath AND Breath Again by @cywscross one of the first two Lawlu fics I ever read. Luffy has a panic attack and Law finds out and helps him through it. They're beautifully written fics and remain some of my favorites to this day. I won't spoil anything else.

I Won't Tell by @entomjinx Another Luffy panic attack fanfic! Modern AU, Law and Luffy are roommates and Ace got into a car crash.

Rosemary by the Roadside by @entomjinx Modern college AU where Luffy has Amnesia and lived with Garp until starting college. This is his first tastes of freedom since he lost his memories

Selfish by Anon. Law and Luffy Reunite in Wano, but Luffy is spiraling a bit from Ace's death being brought back up by Otama.

To Remember Your Voice by Anon. Luffy talks about missing Ace to Law. It's short and sweet, most dialogue, but I enjoyed it

Rubber Doesn't Always Bounce Back by Teandtumblr. This one is from Law's POV and it's mostly him defending Luffy rather than just comforting but the point stands.

Pain Scale by TeaandTumblr. Luffy was in seastone long enough to break bones, but he doesn't know that. All he knows is that it hurts and he's sleepy. This kinda goes hand with the last one!

Shadow Rises (and You Are Here) by @shishiswordsman . Luffy has a slave brand, and Law finds out about it in the worst way possible- by getting captured with him while on the way to an auction house. (I haven't caught up to this one just yet, but it's great so far!) (Suggested to me by an anon)

Let Down by Spider Historian. tagged Eventual Zolu! Takes place right after the timeskip, Luffy has PTSD episodes because of Marineford, and The crew is trying to figure out how to help. This one gets into some of worst parts of PTSD episodes, and Luffy does lash out a bit.

Inseparable on the Face of Impossibility by the11thhour. Luffy gets captured and Tortured, the crew has to rescue him. There's a lot of the crew comforting one another, but there's some good Luffy comfort towards the end! (Suggested to me by an anon)

Blurred Horizons by @monoidea . Zoro and Luffy get stranded due to a storm, and Luffy gets injured in the process, leaving Zoro to take care of him.(Suggested to me by an anon)
