Being a bro/jock/himbo is a lifestyle, not something you only do at the gym. Let the gym life shine through you wherever you are in the way you talk, portray yourself and, of course, in the way you dress. That means those muscles need to be visible somehow.

Get yourself some tank tops, muscle tees, sleeveless jerseys, short shorts, sleeveless hoodies, stringers, or anything that you like. Cut off the sleeves off your tees if you want to. Hell, go shirtless.

Are you at a place where you're not allowed to go sleeveless/topless or wear shorts? You can always go for gym tees, sweatpants, and any kind of athletic/gym wear. Alternatively, you can get yourself some tight shirts/suits and jeans/trousers of any kind if you need to be more formal. Another option is to roll up your sleeves a bit if you wanna go the old-school bro style.

Are you feeling like you're not big enough to show skin? Bullshit. You might never feel "big enough" anyway, so why not start now with the body you have now? Train your mind to get used to it. Being a bro is also about the mindset.
