Data has a thing for being useful and providing pleasure—he’s fully functional, you’d say. I think he’d be a candidate for free use, esp being on the receiving end. While he’s not so much ashamed of it, he does keep it to himself as it is a bit raunchy. The idea of his partner coming into their quarters and demanding him to serve… yeah.
Geordi is talented with his hands but I headcannon him as the most shy about his kinks. The main thing he keeps secret is an interest in shibari/rope bondage—giving and receiving. There’s both art and sexuality in the act of intricately binding with ropes and silk, and he loves to either survey his handiwork across his lover’s body or feel the restraint on his own.
While he is perfectly happy playing the dominant role in the bedroom, what Picard won’t say is that he needs control taken from him every once in a while. He prefers to be a service sub, not even needing restraints. Just a firm hand and gentle directions. It might be a little taboo in a post-contact world, but that gives it a little more excitement, yeah?
