how i deal with my ed
my diet:
đ¸eat a MAXIMUM of 700 calories a day!
đŻdrink LOTS of water!
đ¸drink tea if you want extra flavor
đŻdonât eat before 2pm and after 8pm (18hr fast!)
đ¸some foods i cut out of my previous diet!
soda or any other drinks that arenât water or tea
breakfast cereals (excluding oatmeal & granola)
chips & french fries
syrup for the off chance i eat any breakfast foods that require it
any bread that isnât Grain, Wheat, or Wheat Tortillas
ANYTHING FROM MCDONALDSđđ¤Ž
there are many more that i will include in anothe list down the line
đŻeat fruit daily, unless fasting! (2 cups at least!)
đ¸fast in fridays!
đŻchest days have to be planned in advance! for example my cheat days are anytime i have a family event, because if i donât eat or if i diet i will get hospitalized or something, or whenever i go to disneyland. family events are only about once a month, sometimes less frequent, and disneyland days are about once a week.

đźtry to ride a bike (stationary or real) everyday!

morning workout:
45 squats
40 jumping jacks
35 crunches
30 lunges (15 on each side)
25 toe touches
20 squats

10 lunges (5 on each side)
5 toe touches
run in place for 3 minutes
wall sit for 2 mins
one minute plank
30 second wall sit
mini workout:
20 squats
15 jumping jacks
10 lunges (you know the drill)
5 toe touches
1 minute wall sit
before bed workout:
50 crunches
30 jumping jacks
20 lunges (whatâs good)
30 second plank
30 jumping jacks
10 squats
distractions:
đchew sugar free gum if you want to eat
đdrink water; maybe youâre dehydrated!
đtake a hot shower/bath
đlook at thinspo/fatspo/sweetspo/meanspo
đwrite down why you want to be skinny on little slices of paper, put them in a jar and if you want to eat, pull one out of the jar
đslowly count to 100
đchew on ice
đdraw a picture of you at your goal weight
đlisten to music
đtalk to other ED blogs on tumblr
low cal snacks (under 100 cals):
any vegetables
a small tangerine(25-30)
½ - 1 cup watermelon(25-60)
1 - 2 cups of fresh popcorn. (25-65)
12 pretzel sticks (25-30)
1 medium peach (35-40)
1 banana (90. eat half if thatâs too much!)
greek yogurt with fruit. light & fit. (80)
^ i like to add Âź cup granola with the yogurt if itâs for dinner or if family is around.(83cals)
1 small apple (50-60)
1 small orange (50-60)
1 cup strawberries (53)
a slice of great should never be higher than 90 cals
one slice of an orange (8)
grape (2 cals each)

đstretch every morning and night; before your workout
just some extra tips:
đştake an ice bath at least twice a week!
đżeat slowly!
đşchew your food until it disintegrates
đżdrink water after every bite you take
đştry eating with your non-dominant hand
đżif your craving something sweet, try eating something sweet but not necessarily a desert.
