Like something blue but Something Teal // I am currently running my business at home when I clock off at my full time job each day. I find new items that I just have to have and use for new creations. It's been a constant stream of ideas, thoughts, random scribbles, and drawings that had no way of shining until I just opened up shop in April of 2014! It's been an exciting process of learning all of the faucets of how to properly and safely ship items I've created all around the US. // Everything is made in my pet and smoke free living room in Seattle, Wa. I live on the beautiful hill of Queen Anne and can see Magnolia across the way from my windows. I sit at my desk, sometimes couch, spread out and beginning making all of my creations! It's been such a journey to finally have the courage to realize that I too make beautiful pieces and that I can in fact be a young women with a business. // I've always been on the fast track for success since I was 16(More like 7, due to my family's huge independent teachings and pushes). Been a manager, a leader, a jack of all trades in the retail industry. But I never listened to my true calling that seeped out through my art and personal work at home until recently. And this is where I've become where I am today! A shop owner, lead designer, artist, and so much more! // I am slowing trying to be the jack of all trades for the art industry. Be a designer of clothing, with my own label, a local Seattle artist selling art, a photographer, a writer of poetry and books, a designer for women's accessories, and more. To have a full time career of doing weddings (many which I've already had the pleasure of doing!), anniversaries, birthdays, and all other holidays. One day I want to be able to wake up, dream the American dream, leave to go to my personal studio and work for you, the customer personally without my retail job being in the way! // So my story is through my art. Through the color teal as well and I hope that it stands out clearly with each item! //Sapphira//
