โ you are ... god? โ a god. it was oft hard to convince the angel there were just dozens sprinting around at any given time. this one fit the bill for the big man; almost .. incomprehensible to her. it was also hard to convince the angel otherwise when her mind had been made up.

โ - cassandra! โ for but a lucid moment, azrael drops her usual vigilante behaviour. it was unlike her, to use civilian names while on the job. it's a sense of ... fear? distress? worry, anguish? that strikes her heart.
batgirl is subsequently tackled to the ground, shielded from the collapsing rooftop by none other than the angel's armoured body. building was deteriorating around them, firefly having set the whole street of rowhomes aflame. the duo were doing their best to free trapped civilians, but here they were now, seemingly stuck themselves.
