Its been awhile since I did a giveaway so I made the excuse to do one now. Also kinda like doing it on my birthday month. Because I am rewarded so much by my watchers I wanted to give back.

She was happy. So happy to see him in fact that simply dancing didn’t express it enough for her and she found herself lunging forward to wrap the other in a big hug. 

“I missed you too Gnar!”

Jhin jumped as the kitten fell into his lap, feeling it dig its claws into his lap as he sqirmed underneath it. He grit his teeth and glared at Lulu, scooping up the cat and giving it an equally hateful gaze. 

Now up on the couch, she turned to him, crossing her legs and leaning forward to display her interest in the conversation and properly cementing the look of a teenage slumber party (albeit lacking a pillow to hug). 

She couldn’t help but find it a little amusing that he felt the need to add that no harm would come from it, but she was sure most people would have needed that bit of reassurance so she let it slide as well as she fixed him with a look of open interest. 

//RIP I didn’t see this under my pile of notifications.

Thresh shrugged as he held the yordle closer to him. The Isles were considered dangerous for outsiders due to the creatures that lurked about. “My house is a little further down. You’ll see other inhabitants around…creatures that are otherwise painful to look at. Other than that though, you will not see much. After all this place is dead from head to toe. There’s a reason nobody from the outside ever come here, you know.” he said quietly, as though he were to wake up something unplesant if he spoke otherwise.

It was a bit more into the Isles that a small run down wooden house laid. Its windows were broken, it seemed like it were to fall into pieces anytime soon. This was not the case however, as inside the house seemed much bigger and well taken care of. It was here Thresh gently put Lulu down on a chair, before removing his lantern and scythe and setting it aside. “I have not much to give but…care for something?” he questioned.

She took note of his lowered tone and allowed silence to fall around them for the rest of the journey to his home, which she peered at with a questioning look, supposing to herself that it shouldn’t be surprising given that dilapidation was the theme of the Isle, but to think that he lived there was an odd sort of realization for her. 

Once they got inside of course things fell more in line with what she’d expected the chain warden would look to have for himself and she glanced around with the interest of someone that didn’t want to look as if they were prying but wanted to learn more about her companion, turning to watch him remove his namesakes. Strange, it had never occurred to her that they’d be detachable but now that she thought of it saying that aloud would just sound silly. 

At his query she perked up however, her hand moving to her shoulder bag which had settled into her lap with how she’d been carried prior to being set down. 

“I have some plants for tea if you’d like? And berries too!”
