Alvin could easily excuse this for a dream- in fact, that's exactly what he's going to do.  This is just a bizarre dream.

    "Not every day I run into...well, myself."  He swipes a hand through dark spikes, his expression taking a hue of great anxiety and apprehension.  which, only a few short moments later broke into a wide grin.

  Alvin's not a bad cook.  When he could, he cooked for his mother and when he was little and living in Elympios with her, she taught him to cook things.  He's no Wonder Chef, but he isn't bad.

   Surprisingly enough, Alvin does not have a really big appetite.  He's kind of used to having to deal with little food, but when food is on the house or he's not paying for himself, he won't mind stuffing his face.
