Myoko’s Creamery is the best vegan mozz I’ve yet to have and perfects any vegan pizza! Omnivores would never know the difference! We are taking that notion to the test for our wedding- we are having a wood oven pizza truck whip us up vegan za’s for over 100 guests! And we’re going to psych them out and not tell them the cheese is vegan! Can’t wait to hear the feedback from our dairy loving guests 😜

Got to devour these during our wedding tasting a while back at Sweet Alchemy, a cute and innovative little vegan cafe in Essex Junction, VT. Strawberry pistachio rose, blueberry lavender, and maple GF vegan donuts. Oh. My. Deliciousness. 🍩

Earlier in the month we visited Woodstock Farm Sanctuary in NY for their annual June Jamboree. We had to stop at our fave vegan hot dog vendor 🌭 Yeah Dawg 🌭from Brooklyn.

This lentil stew from last nights dinner was the perfect compliment to the thunderstorm outside.
