Spoke Is NAWT Here

i cant believe the null stopped accepting jamato as their leader bc he got a bit too gay w it during PRIDE MONTH 💔

"they did! a lot!" theo says, letting out a little smile at spoke. "yeah uhm, parrot said it was your way of apologizing. so like, i wanted to say it was ok!! and stuff,"

"yeah i uh, asked him to fetch you for me so i could say thank you for all the stuff. and things." Theo says, turning back to jot down something in his notebook.

"well... i still wanted to thank you. i think you don't get the best rep or whatever," theo says, glancing up from his writing. he tilts his head as he meets spokes gaze, a soft smile on his face.

"just stuff....." theo says, flipping through it quickly before shutting the book and turning his full attention to spoke. "uhh... i would've gotten you something in turn as a thank you but i kiiiind of don't have anything... hm hm.."

"You don't have to do that.. Why would I deserve anything in return after all the bullshit I've pulled..? Hell. Even what I've given you up this point probably isn't enough."

"i don't think you really meant to hurt anybody," theo says after carefully watching spoke for a bit. his wings flutter anxiously, theo leaning back in his chair. "you were just scared that parrot would forget you, right...?"

"i think that tells me in itself.." theo cocks an eyebrow, crossing his arms. it almost reminded him of... billy in some ways. "hey bro, it's okay though. i'm pretty sure you weren't doing it maliciously so.."

"He just spends so much time with you."

"i figured he spends just as much time with you ?" if parrot doesn't, then theo would have to have a chat about why he's not around his own brother often....

"We do. But it's nothing like you guys... You guys hang out and it means something... We hang out because it's simply what we do... Y'know..?"

"does it not mean something to either to you, then? when u guys hang out atleast.?" theo says curiously, wings flickering slightly

"i don't think he's stopped caring, if you'd care about my input. he talks about u a lot, even after u tried allat.. he always cared even when you pulled something not the greatest.. he would talk about how much he just wanted u safe and sound even after the things u did." theo says, wings wrapping around himself. if he knew spoke better, he would hold the poor kid. "i mean ur just a kid, and i think deep down u just wanna be cared about. "

theo stretched his left wing out, brushing spoke gently with it. he didn't want to disturb the cat, he could let him think... unless theo noticed the thoughts seemed to be going down hill or soemthing.

theo slowly stood up before sitting down next to spoke, wrapping an arm around the cat. "i could tell him, if you'd like. i wanna help u bro," theo tries. he was never all that good at comforting.. he hopes maybe just. being there would help atleast a little...
