Showering with Whitney (⸝⸝๑ ̫ ๑⸝⸝⸝)

I’ve noticed that there’s very few times he initiates sex when it’s just them two. There’s after the pub, when he’s obviously had a drink, and there’s in the changing room when he takes PC shopping, but even in that case more often than not he doesn’t initiate.

In the park, it’s PC who makes the first move. When he’s sat on the dumpster in the alley, again it’s PC trying to initiate. During the maths test he doesn’t take it any further than groping PCs leg unless PC does. Even in his new home content, I didn’t come across a scene where Whitney initiates sex. There is the shower scene, but arguably that’s in response to PC.

I think it’s a very clever and subtle way of showing more of the depth to his character other than his rowdy behaviour around his friends. Whitney around just PC is less chatty and less sexual, and is a bit more content with PC taking the lead. It’s an interesting insight to how he is when his guard is lowered.

Just a disclaimer for anyone who misunderstands: I am NOT claiming that Whitney is some uwu soft boi. We all know what game we’re playing, he’s an abusive asshole in a game about abusive assholes. However, there is rarely just one side to people, and I find Whitney to be very layered and interesting to analyse.
