never too old for imaginary friends

I did not intend to be a full time stay at home mom, it hasn’t been easy and surviving on one meager income has been very difficult and stressful on our family. But the last month I have been very grateful for it. It seems as if every week, now every day, Cole has figured out how to do something new or discovered something he wasn’t interested in before. Every day I get to see more and more of his personality unfold. I get to totally influence almost every waking moment he has. It’s a huge responsibility and honor I often take for granted. I love Cole more than anything but sometimes I don’t appreciate my little bundle of joy who relies on me so heavily. He’s a blessing, a challenge, and my greatest joy.
