Over the next several days I’ll start posting topics relative to the changes that have happened since I started using the Neumi swish glutathione and some of the information generated by those discoveries. I’m open for any comments or questions, let me know!
Check it out!
My mom and dad did the Atkins diet when I was in high school and I watched them struggle as they both had fierce carb addictions (ice cream and homemade cinnamon rolls). I didn’t know what that all meant back then but I learned generally how the diet was supposed to work and it suited me as I was active in sports and had no health problems or weight I wanted to lose.
Fast forward several decades when I FINALLY understood where the origin of my health issues was coming from and experiencing the effect of a lot of bad life habits. I embraced a meat and water approach to eating that produced great results, both from a loosing weight standpoint and resolved several other health issues also.
But no one ever explained why refined sugar and protein/fat shouldn’t be eaten together which was a key piece of my personal discovery. I was so fierce in my insistence of being right that I ignored the fact that whatever truth I thought I had learned was a uniquely personal experience to me and couldn’t necessarily be universally applied to everyone.
It can take time to allow your body to show you what it needs, and the insistence at forcing compliance to a diet rather than a comfortable life discovery caused me a lot of loops and turns. The biggest hurdle for me was developing the trust in my observations and the willingness to experiment with this lifestyle, using the experiences to draw conclusions and results. And then being willing to share that with others who might have questions.

Dr. Kate Shanahan MD posted this comparison which might be a bit broad in context but draws on a behavior not generally compared when refined sugar and protein are consumed together. The other major ingredient is seed oils.
Learning about the Importance of Glutathione (Part 2)
One of the key peptides in our bodies is glutathione. When it is not present in sufficient amounts, our bodies recognize that as not feeling well. By the same reasoning, when there is sufficient glutathione present to protect the cells, this is recognized as feeling well.
Since there are somewhere around 30 - 40 TRILLION of these energy generators in our bodies at a complexity we can't comprehend, anything that helps them perform at an optimal level is absolutely essential.
Learning about the Importance of Glutathione (Part 1)
I always feel a bit of skepticism when a new idea is matched with a product that is supposed to help you feel better, but here are my observations after 7 months in using the Neumi swish.Â
Issues with inflammation that I've dealt with for a long time are gone like hip and shoulder joint pain, lower back pain 90% gone, a really troubling brain fog that I recognized is gone and there is a motivation now that I didn't have before. And the contrast between how I felt in September of last year and how I'm feeling today is still sharp.
I recognize that the only changes that I can speak to are those that have happened to me, but that brings me to the purpose for this blog entry. Its significant and gets my attention daily. Pretty impressive for my skepticism.Â
In the 1990's I lived in the Seattle area, and if you have any familiarity with that weather it's pretty dreary. I learned about the importance of direct sunlight for hormonal balance, and what it feels like when that direct sunlight is missing. Sunlight through the eyes begins a critical and complex process in the optic nerve that starts a series of interactions all through the body. One of these interactions is the production of glutathione from the liver which affects every cell in this process. It's a vitally important protective action which is designed to preserve the cells integrity. Without it, the body has no compensation and we recognize the effects of low glutathione as "feeling bad."
I'll follow up with this thought a little later in Part 2.
