By entering the Legit MTG contest (Polish Lovin) you agree to be bound by these rules.

1. No Purchase Necessary (No Followers Necessary)

This contest is open to all legal residents of the United States subject to the eligibility guidelines below. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. The contest starts on April 2, 2013 and ends on April 8, 2013. YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO MAKE A PURCHASE TO ENTER OR WIN OR FOLLOW ON TWITTER.

2. How to Enter

You must tweet @PolishTamales with the hashtag #PolishLovin to be eligible. Hashtag #Polishlovn will be accepted, however the correct hastag is #PolishLovin. Limit one entry per person (no multiple Twitter accounts).

3. Random Drawing

(4) winners will be selected at random LIVE on Legit MTG’s Twitch TV stream on April 8, 2013 (subject to change), from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend upon number of eligible entries received. The winners will be notified LIVE on the stream or through Twitter on April 8, 2013 or April 9, 2013. If a winner cannot be contacted within (5) days after (2) attempts are made, such winner will be disqualified and a new winner may be selected.

4. Conditions

Legit MTG is not responsible for any errors made processing entries. Legit MTG reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, modify or cancel the Polish Lovin Contest. By participating in the contest, entrant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold Legit MTG, its employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, agencies and all prize suppliers, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the contest, or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any comics & images, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, whether suffered by entrant or a third party. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Legit MTG and its agencies are not responsible for injury or damage of any kind related to or resulting from participation in the Polish Lovin Contest (this stuff happens).

5. Eligibility

The Polish Lovin Contest is open to all legal residents of the (50) United States who are at least (18) years of age at the time of entry. You must tweet @PolishTamales to be eligible using the hashtag: #PolishLovin. Employees of Legit MTG, its affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, agents, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and fulfillment companies, and its immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) and members of their same households (related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Polish Lovin Contest.

By accepting the prize, the winners grant Legit MTG & Polish Tamales permission to use his/her name (including Twitter screen names) and likeness for advertising and future promotional or other purposes without notice or additional compensation (except where prohibited by law). This contest is subject to these Official Rules. Failure to comply with The Official Rules will result in disqualification.
