I love that you know just how to comfort me in times like this. You’re unbelievable, sometimes.

It’s been too long since I last felt this low. I was pushing you, and everyone, away because I feel like I’m being such a burden lately, that I deserved to be left alone. But despite the numerous times I spurned you, you stuck around and listened, waited patiently for me to speak in between tears. Silently, calmly, you stayed and lingered until I slowly felt like myself again. It has been a week of dreadful war, and I appreciate you fighting today’s battle with me.

Your hoodie smells like you, and I couldn’t be any more comfortable wearing this.

Hearing you snoring on the phone always feels so good. I missed this.

Nobody holds me the way you do. Need I say, it is damn intoxicating.
