Hi!! Today I'm showing you this drawing I made for my friend Haizea, whose birthday was last Tuesday(yippiee!!) This is Erika from Umineko, but I'm going to explain all the references I took to make this picture

First of all, Erika herself. Erika's from Umineko, a VN that I've never read so I might have seen too many spoilers from the series (oopsie). I hope I don't leave any here... The expression She has is from the series, where she looks like she's mocking people

The eyes are inspired by this drawing from Porowii, which I think looks cool as fuck (support them!!) [ https://x.com/Porowiii/status/1754111945978912985 ]

The reference I took for the pose is this one. Because of the dress, I thought her hands wouldn't be visible because its length, so I had this dilemma("would her hands be seen?") during the process. As you can see, I guess that from this perspective the answer is "no"

I also had some problems with the accessory on top of her head because I'm not sure if those white things are fancy cloth patches or just cotton balls...??? In my picture, they are cotton balls,,, I just left them like that or something, idk

FINALLY, the background is inspired by Ouran High School Host Club!!1! AN ANIME I'VE ACTUALLY SEEN AND LOVE!!! Because of the roses on top of her head, I thought it would be great to have rose petals in the air like in OHSHC. Instead of light pink, I also used light blue
