I call this the flu killer...... white onions and garlic sautéed in saki, sesame oil and butter with a creole alfredo sauce, smoked Brussel sprouts and sautéed calamari over a bed of fettuccine noddles garnished with green onion and shaved parmesan. Wanted to thank @hirschsmeats for the wonderful quail filets they had available over the weekend. I sautéed them in salt, pepper, garlic and butter and served them over a bed of Asian slaw.
