I do have nostalgia for twilight but I wish more people knew about/watched Moonlight (2007) I also wish moonlight lasted a bit longer but I think a lot of fans do...still happy with what we got though

Whenever in crime fiction they reveal the wicked villain mob boss is also an awesome parent i no longer care about teh crimes. like it's fine if he mutilated the DA's wife. it was so he could get out of jail for his daughter's crime-spree-funded sixteenth birthday party. That was SO nice of him to do those crimes so his awesome daughter could have a party as lovely as she is. and you're mad at him for this?? Like OK are you anti-family values :// fascist? BTW this is almost always mob stories, and if it's modern it's Mexicans and if it's not, it's Italians. Like I KNOW why. Racism. But ??
i also can't take villainy seriously if the villain is depicted as ugly or pathetic as if that's a symptom of evil. This is less concrete and harder to explain to people than the other case, but typically if he's a guy he's less masculine than the other men and if she's a girl than she's usually a "nagging bitch", and we're supposed to be mad at them about this I guess.
Anyhow, if you set up this dynamic, I will become #1 Defense for them even if they are the most shallowly up front Mustache Twirling Villain, whose inner world starts and ends with them just wants to crush people with trains. If they are also the only "ugly"/disabled person on set, I feel this way even more so. Disabled includes when they are clearly supposed to have a Very Real mental health problem. This is distinct from nebulous Evil, I mean when they are depicted as autistic, or having a specific personality disorder, or whatever (usually) in all but name. I don't care that they want to shoot lasers at everyone, or rob the heroes for all their worth. it's fine. calm down. im sure they mean well. you're being so judgmental.
whenever task'd with watching a cop drama I always imprint on the mortician who is in one fraction of the show and usually dies at some point. normies are like ummm [struggling to think of a freak who would want to work with dead bodies] uhh they are weird (autistic or ASPD coded) and they. they like eating sandwiches and cutting people open. and im always like YAYYY!! YAYYYYY!!!!!
