Nate: It might be sort of cool. As long as I can send money back home, if I make any. I don't like to think of my family on their own, y'know?

Reagan: No I wasn't around...i'm just saying it'd be easier if he was a house plant or a cat or something that doesn't talk as much as he does.

Nate: Not college-dorms roomies, right? Like, an-actual-place roomies? I should get a better job for that.

Reagan: Fine i'll steal his room though. But I don't want to hear him complaining. Can't I just turn him into a cat or something for the time being?

Nate: I never learned to color between the lines. California? Beaches and tanned people and surfers? I don't know. Sounds interesting, at least. I'm a small town guy.

Reagan: I need a place to stay for a couple of days I'm talking over your house and your room.

Nate: Isn't that the whole deal with college. I guess Leah actually learns stuff and she actually does get to show off what she learns if she's good enough at it or whatever. But you can either paint or you don't. I don't think it can be as ... improved upon as dancing.
