This isn’t about pixels or a man in a fictional world.

This is about justice for the artists and writers who made him, who worked incredibly hard on him, and who deserve to have their work shown to the world.

You mean to tell me months—if not YEARS—of development. …and your solution was to throw the ENTIRE SIXTH LOVE INTEREST into the trash?

ARE YOU SERIOUS?

I'm not saying people shouldn't have been angry about the 731 reference. They absolutely had every right to be. Unit 731 is one of the darkest chapters in history and if that reference was made carelessly, then yes, people deserved an apology and an explanation.

But explain to me how Valko became the sacrificial lamb here.

Who exactly does this help? The people who were hurt by the reference? They still deserve accountability.

The people who were excited for Valko? Congratulations, you just told them to go fuck themselves.

The developers who spent who knows how long creating an entirely new LI? Their work gets deleted overnight.

So what was the goal here?

Because this doesn't feel like taking responsibility. It feels like corporate damage control.

Fix the story.

Rewrite the chapter.

Delete the offending reference.

Delay the release.

Fire whoever thought using 731 and 611 was acceptable if you have to.

But deleting an ENTIRE CHARACTER because of a mistake in ONE PART OF THE GAME is such an absurd overreaction that I genuinely can't wrap my head around it. I'm just so unbelievably disappointed. because Infold's response was somehow even worse than the original mistake.

We lost a character.

The developers lost their work.

also cuz i already got a buncha stupid comic ideas with valko in them and like a crack au of valko being snowcrow's biological kid bc all roads lead back to yaoi omegaverse but thats not the point

i can't even tell them to go touch grass bc theyre already carrying cow shit in their pockets so theyre touching more than grass atp. they need genuine therapy. maybe not even with a psychiatrist maybe they should do this super epic thing called ECT

their statement about removing valko and deciding to not release any more love interests is a stupid one and it made me really think about this company and this game, in a very bad way. I have never, as a player, felt so unheard, mocked, betrayed by a company whose game I dedicated hours, some even putting ridiculous money into it. but they have no respect for their players. no backbone. as the creator of love and deepspace and valko, you should defend your creation, you build him from nothing and put so much effort and money into it, yet fold so quickly and easy for haters allowing them to dictate what should or shouldn't be in the game. listen to your fans and players instead.

I hope infold is really thinking about this right now and we get the response we're all fighting for right now. valko deserves a chance to show himself in the game, for us fans to experience his story, lore, cute moments.

for now I kindly ask you to participate and help us keep valko and keep fighting for our wolfie. sign the petitions; unfollow all their social media accounts; rate them 1/2 stars on play store; delete the game fully (don't forget to save any pictures of your li/mc before doing so, as it will permanently delete them in the game) email them; comment on all their socials to bring back valko;

and most important do not believe any rumors. do not read anything that isn't official or posted by a trusted source for information.

as well as don't listen to those who tell you to 'log in and rate them 4/5 stars to support the game so they don't go eos', all they're trying to do is stop us players from rioting. we need to show infold they messed up, make the company suffer the consequences of their own actions, in the process to show them that this decision wasn't a good one.

and the disrespect to the cosplayer of valko, and rhe fans who went to the AX2026 for valko, excited to meet him only to be met with...an empty space besides calebs booth or whatever that thing was. ridiculous and disrespectful.
