toastshark drawings - used for full, proper drawings with effort. This is where the actually good stuff is
toastshark doodles - stuff that isn’t quite as polished as the drawings - just doodles! And also generally all the low quality stuff.

I am doing requests again. The rest of the following text, however, still stands. Soooo:
Yeaaa I'm not really doing requests anymore. At least not proper full character drawings like everyone always wanted if they came here.
Giving someone multiple hours of my time and work for free, just to not even get something as simple as a "thanks", repeatedly, is tiring. Imagine baking a pie for free and the person never shows up to taste it. Again, and again, and again.
If my art sucks, please just tell me. Make it constructive, and there's even a way for it to change!
Anyways, keeping the rules under the cut in case I do open them up. But until then, thank you for your time, and I sincerely hope you enjoy the rest of this blog.

Also sometimes I simply don't know what to draw for requests so it kinda just gets abandoned. Sorry if your request was one of those!

(Seriously though, while I personally only really care about reading funky comments/tags, likes on tumblr don’t work like everywhere else, there is no algorithm, they’re basically just an "eh. It’s cool i guess.“ Especially you want something specific with details and stuff, then a reblog‘s the trade-off. Not just on my blog- this goes for requests in general.)

I understand why you want people not to tag as LU, but tbh, for many people tags are a way of sorting their blogs into groups of themed content based on what it reminds them of, kinda like Pinterest, and there's really no call to tell people they can't do that. Tumblr sits at their weird intersection of public and private but ultimately there are people who use it way differently than you

I'm sorry but you guys are the ONLY ones to do this. Not just on my posts, but on pretty much every others', including other links meet AUs.
You know what happens when you tag posts as lu? Other people think it's lu. And then people see that post and artist/fanfic writer, see that they dare to differ from your fanon, and this person then ends up getting loads of hurtful messages in their inbox at best, and at worst DOXXED. A thing that I've personally seen happen mutliple times to other people, especially other links meet writers, to the point that multiple of the biggest ones left not just their au's, but the zelda fandom as a whole, just because of your frankly entitled clownery.
I'd rather not have my personal info leaked out into the world just because I don't susbscibe to zelda 2 wasteland fanon, or get stabbed with a knife over age headcanons (a thing that also really happened in the lu fandom, btw.). With this fandom in particular, just because of the sheer amount of hobbyless fandom warriors, it's become a matter of personal safety.
And frankly, even if it wasn't a matter of painting targets on others' backs, it's still, as I already said in the post your text is a response to, lowkey kinda weird do to so. No ones goes around tagging lu stuff as bonus-links or discount-dimensional-links or whatever, either. Because lu might always remind me of dl since I read that first yeaaaars before lu was a thing, but tagging that would still be fucking weird.
And it'd be especially weird if you get not just a few, but masses of people doing that for no disconcernable reason, who then get really pressed when you say it's weird.
So no, I can't police what you can and can't do. But just like listening to music without headphones on a bus, it sure makes you a massive entitled cunt.
