1. Color/do arts and crafts (use lots of sparkles!! glitter crayons and glitter glue and GLITTER)

2. Watch your favorite movie/favorite episodes of a cartoon

3. Butt wiggles. If you wiggle your butt when you’re happy, wiggle it when you have the sads too. Butt wiggles=happy so you can trick your brain into feeling happy

4. Put stickers on things you are not supposed to put stickers on. Ex. furniture, doorknobs, toilets, people, maybe naughty grownup toys if you have those

5. Cuddle with alllll your stuffies at once!

6. Be a T-rex and make baby dino noises and maybe bite some people

7. Sit inside a laundry hamper and pretend it’s a spaceship. You are an astronaut now

8. Play dress up and wear things that make you feel pretty/handsome/cute/like a little superhero 

9. Be a grownup and make lots of weird grownup rules and if someone doesn’t follow your grownup rules, make them do community service (community service: giving you cuddles, making you snacks, etc)
