I've been drawing a ✨ triple crossover comic! ✨ It's a self-indulgent passion project crossing Danger Mouse, Count Duckula and the Subway Bosses with the 2008 indie RPG "OFF." The comic is a meta horror/comedy that I started in May 2024 in order to break through my 7 year long art block, so it starts off a bit rough. Colors of Purity: Part 13

As per tradition I seem to post updates every three months. Hopefully that won't continue to be a trend lol.

I'm tired of the black and white and grey! Let's get some color back next time!

I've been allll over the place life-wise lately and drawing digitally has been on the backburner so to speak- HOWEVER rest assured that Colors of Purity ain't over or anything, I'm just slow.

I do continue to write and rough sketch stuff during off time and whatnot, so I've got the next uhh *counts fingers* three parts written and two sketched out. Duckula is the center of attention in the next part- then Penfold, then Emmet, and then they finally arrive in Zone 2.

Can you believe I was seriously only going to give each zone like three parts when I started this?? It's crazy how much I dove into this absurd crossover. I appreciate all the support as always, I started this as a self indulgent thing and just put it up for archiving reasons but I'm thrilled that others have enjoyed it as well. 😊

Is an Iron Lung crossover heehee.

Colors of Purity: Part 12

My frustrations concerning the CHCU (Cosgrove Hall Cinematic Universe) and my own tendencies to draw the rodents, you know, rodent sized, have culminated to produce another "lesson" about our cast.

Matter of fact, as Emmet said this was SUPPOSED to be about him, but he'll have to be patient. This matter was very important, and would have caused many issues down the line when other characters interact.

I actually headcanon Emmet (and Ingo) to be 5'11¾" but I stretched them just a bit to compromise. I spent countless hours trying to decide how I wanted to go about fixing the problem I created, and this is what I ended up with. I know I know the mouse size was very cute, but they're both still huggable at their proper heights. Despite DM's objections.

Ah, they are a bit small though... these submas au designs are by @centipedepuppy and I absolutely adore them both. I wanted to have a go at drawing them.

I have designed some sillies.~ Train Twin Kitties, in acrylic standee form! Odd yet cute by itself, of course, but!

Best of all, you can flick their ears!!!

I had a lot of fun making the design, the parts all came from wooacry (link to the listing if you want).

Oh and of course they're gonna be stickers too. Those will be up on TiredStickerStation soon.

I don't know if I'll sell the standees, I mean I'm sure I could figure it out somehow. If enough people were interested I'd see how to do it.

Car wax be damned, those dinos can ride a skateboard.

Will Greenback and Stiletto appear in the comic?

Because I'd really be interested in that.

GB has been an important character, and it would be very interesting if he were in your comic.

Or if not...

Please tell me if at least Stiletto could be somewhat important.

I initially didn't have plans for it, BUT the latter part of my comic doesn't have definitive details and I do have some characters I wanted to change... I really want to include them since Count Duckula's antagonist is included, so it would only be fair. I think you've helped me cement an idea that I've had that includes those two though (and of course Nero). :P

Emmet is taking Ingo's disappearance verrrry well. I think.

I've not stopped thinking about these tags from @masterserris on my Bird Wings Emmet post from a few months ago.

So now now he's alright. Don't worry he's okay. Everything is okay. The warmth is comforting and he falls asleep immediately, now safe and sound.

Right, so Pokemon Legends ZA took over my life for a bit there, plus I moved so I've been busy! But we've finally closed out Zone 1, how about that! In addition, PAGE 50!! I never dreamed I'd make it to page 50, and I ain't planning on stopping any time soon.

Also... I have become acutely aware of some size discrepancies amongst our main cast. Emmet will be addressing this in the next part, and definitely with a very level head. No panic at all whatsoever.

Last thing, I'm a bald Ingo/Emmet truther, get outta my way. I adore their fuzzy scalps, I ain't a coward. I'm kidding. I did add a few wisps of hair though, just for the cute factor.

Colors of Purity: Part 10

Hooray, Emmet's back! It's still really funny drawing these characters together. Just pick them up and go. Zone 1 is coming to a close.

🎵 I would like to state for the record that I'll be continuing to attach the music files from the original version of the game when I post comic parts. I really love the soundtrack for the remake actually, I love them both! But since my story is based off of the original game and my experiences with it when I was younger, I think that attaching the older music would be most appropriate.

That being said, the attached file "Not Safe" plays when you return to a purified zone, and the file after that "(Die) MonsterScream2" is the monster's scream that has enamored me for years.

;_; Buhu thank you!!! I've been having a complete blast with it, I intend to follow the same structure of the game but tell a different story. It'll explore the dynamics of each series' characters and their relationships with each other.

What would these guys do when presented with a bizarre world that shouldn't exist anymore and is slowly corrupting them? What would Danger Mouse do if he had to fight a part of himself, a part that wants to become corrupted and burnt. Will he fall into insanity, or can the support from his best friend help him enough? What would Emmet do if his brother wasn't even his brother anymore, except for the rare glimpses of horror and sorrow in Ingo's fluid filled eyes? Would it dredge up memories of his brother's fall, and the guilt he carries with him every day? Probably. And what would Count Duckula do if he found himself very alone, in a strange world, free of the staff he finds irritating but feeling more and more weak and lonely by the second? Can someone help him, find him, anyone...

And what of Nanny, what of Igor, their stories have yet to be told but they are instrumental to the story as well.
