I’m getting back on track
I’ve decided that I’m not eating unless I have to to keep up appearances. My weight has sky rocketed but today I’ve managed to eat nothing so far and I feel so good about it. This is going to be a great start to the year if i keep this up. I’m tempted to stop taking my medication bit risky but i can’t deal with how fat I am
I have put on so much weight recently with the medication I’m on. Time to be strict with myself for the new year instead of binging and purging
So my nurse told me that I looked like I had lost a little bit of weight. Literally this has motivated me so much I’m feeding off of words like this

Just weighed myself
I’m at my highest weight of 135.4llbs. I really need to loose weight. Hopefully with restriction I’ll be able to reduce this in the next two weeks

I’m going to see how much weight I can loose in two weeks. I’ll keep going after I’ve reached my two week target but I think I’ll be more successful if I set smaller goals
Getting back into restricting is honestly the best feeling in the world. It makes you feel like you FINALLY have control over yourself again.
Inpatient
Been in psych hospital since the beginning of August. It’s difficult to keep losing weight in here as there’s nothing to do and they observe meal times, so skipping can be a pain.
I’ve managed to avoid eating to far. I’m going to try skip dinner but I don’t think I’ll get away with it.
