Yes truthless does this as well, but not as often.
Mainly cause he doesn't want to kiss a toy that's been dragged through the mud. He does however always makes sure to kiss Sage's bunny plush while tucking him in, just to pack a little extra love.
Truthless also will occasionally secretly kiss the toys after cleaning them from being outside. He always does it where Sage can see, tho neither one of them says anything or acknowledges it. He only knows sage saw it cause there's happy ringing and giggling suddenly echoing in the living room.

Thinking about angst, and I think pure vanilla has only hurt Shadow milk 1 time and it was on accident.
I've been thinking about how horses kick when startled, and how you shouldn't walk behind one. And I looked up and Sheep can do that too when startled, I can only imagine it's less fatal cause of how small they are.
But with that being said. I think maybe one day when Pure vanilla was hyper focused on something, got spooked and kicked him.
Pure vanilla assuming he was napping or playing in the nursery, and in reality Milk being sneaky and wanting to startle him. pure vanilla had his guard down and wasn't listening for sound or movement at that time. Milk jumped at him, startling him and causing a kick reaction.
Pure vanilla being bigger then cream sheep and bigger then milk caused a bit more harm then your average sheep. Rather Shadow milk got seriously hurt or just a bit scrapped I'm not sure yet.
What I will say is Pure vanilla immediately was panicking and apologizing, feeling like the worse cookie in the world. While also hugging Shadow milk dn begging him to stay still while apologizing over and over again, just trying to keep him still to check if he's seriously hurt.
Shadow milk got spoiled with affection, love and treats that day. And Pure vanilla got left with extreme guilt over the accident.
Puppy wish to say, that if you are thinking of using Chewlery while regressing, think about which type.
Cause there's the easy to break/rip ones like the feathers and the hardy sturdier ones like the Dino's.
Pup is a aggressive chewer and ripped all the feathers ones after a few weeks, cause like a tiny puppy I get destructive. So the Dino ones are best, cause it has stronger material to withstand puppies teefies! ^^
There's lots of Chewlery, an pup doesn't know all of them, so there might be others with Dino materials!

Very true too. I do believe Sage would try and push himself into working, rather sick or to meet a deadline, even if Little. This could go for the other "good" versions of milk, like Fount and Headmaster. But Sage personally would do it the most.
Workaholic Sage is the one negative trait he got from Fount.
This is also would be one of the ways Truthless shows he cares, cause while Sage is a brat, he still cares for him.
He probably figures out somethings is wrong, just cause he has caregiver sense and notices that Sage has yet to come out of his study. (Academy or spire)
Truthless singing some random lullaby to sooth him to sleep, while getting him out of his icky work clothes and into something comfy. Is actually an adorable thought, and might be one of the rare moments of seeing soft Truthless.
He probably would try and get Sage a drink to help him sleep, but made sure it has medicine in. The drink will be well mixed so he barely tasted the icky, if at all. He is a healer still, and probably has dealt with children in the past before becoming emo, so he knows how to help kids.
Would try the more adult liquid medicine first in the drink, just to really lessen the icky feeling, but after wards when Sage wakes up from his sleep, depending on how he's feeling Truthless will most likely give some of the yummy bubble gum medicine or grape medicine. (Trust me grape medicine is fire, it's the cherry for me that just taste extremely icky)
Obviously he does all the actual checking his temperature and stuff, when Sage is soothed and already falling asleep or is asleep, as to not cause him stress. Will go this his room instead of the nursery or sages room, and cuddle him to sleep.
No thoughts, just the idea of Shadow milk randomly giggling and Pure vanilla absolutely dying over how silly his milk is.
Shadow milk just has to giggle over nothing and Pv thinks it's the most precious thing. His silly baby just giggling in his play pen, while he himself does paperwork.
It really helps with the stress of ruling a kingdom, while not technically ruling a kingdom.

Seoul is the type to value bedtime for his little and especially when said little was still the fount. He was his assistant, from what we see in the comic. Demon Milk, who I'm just gonna call apple. Very much thinks his Papa hates him after the banishing, which is far from the case. Seoul secretly let's the baby come into the spire thing(where ever apple lived prior to falling)
Apple also is just now associated with apple sauce, for no reason, besides I think he likes it. Oh and cause regular milk is inspired by Lucifer and Lucifer gave Eve the apple. And considering Seoul milk is a fallen angel, that means he has more ties to Lucifer hence the goat + apple motif.
Changing Apple out of his big boy outfit has fo be a pain, because of how much layering and pointy stuff is on it.
