• scavenger hunt!! make a list of things to find outside! maybe acorns, mushrooms, a flower, a squirrel, etc! check the box when you find something!

• bird watching! get a journal n some color pencils or crayons! when you find a bird, draw what it looks like!

• picnic! set a blanket outside! get some yummy snacks n drinks! have your picnic with some stuffies, or little friends if you have some!

• leaf collector! look around for fallen leaves! collect some in a plastic bag! bonus for variety! ^^ when you get inside, lay them out and get a sheet of paper! put the paper on top, and color over it with a crayon or colored pencil! what do you see? ^^

• bug catcher! get a clear cup! when you see a bug on the ground, put the cup over it! (do not remove the bug from the ground! we’re only observing it!!) draw the bug if you’d like!! when you’re done, remove the cup and continue to leave it alone! (if it has decided to climb the walls of the cup, use a leaf to gently move it back into it’s habitat!)

Watch children's shows/movies

Eat food marketed for children (eg. Scooby gummies or Lunchables)

Play with or cuddle toys or stuffies

Allow yourself to baby talk or babble

Make a blanket/pillow fort to regress in

Put on cute PJs and take a nap

Wear clothing that makes you feel little

Bring out your little gear if you have any

Watch agere (or kid targetted) YouTubers

Talk to/FT with a little friend or caregiver

Scroll through cute stuff on social media

Colour a picture or make an easy craft

Listen to kids (or any type of soft) music

Read or listen to someone read a story

Give yourself tasks to do and reward yourself when you complete them
