Lainey had eaten at least four already. “They’re pumpkin shaped, and pumpkins are a vegetables!” Yeah… deep down the brunette knew that wasn’t how it worked, and the cookies, with their excessive icing decorations were probably packed with more sugar than most cookies, but they were delicious. “Probably not but who’s checking right?” Isla chuckled. Lainey was super fun to talk to, she enjoyed their conversations a lot. “See, you have a point now, no one can argue with that.” They were just pretty silly together and it was nice to have someone to joke like that. Many people in Isla’s life were funny and playful, but Lainey followed her where others wouldn’t. Like just the other day Syd didn’t want to go look for unicorns, but she was sure Lainey would say yes without questioning it. “Dude I thought you were never gonna offer!” She laughed, then nodded. “That was a yes by the way. I love cookies.”

Cassie came dressed to impressed. She hated feeding into the whole spooky Salem thing but Cassie loved Halloween, for different reasons then most. She loved to dress up and have an excuse to be someone else. Thankful that her shift was getting covered so she could attend tonight. A good excuse for her to dress a little slutty as well. This year she decided to go as Shego. Once she got inside she walked right to the bar to get herself a drink. Ordering her drink she waited for it to arrive. Pulling out her phone to send her a mom a quick text when someone bumped into her. “Hello?”

“Oh shit sorry. Good thing I’m not a ship for real huh? You would look like ground beef by now if I was,” she laughed, but then immediately stopped. That was probably not funny. “I’m running from the slutty Hulk,” she said, thinking she’d better offer an explanation. “His shade of green is not even the right one can you believe it?” Isla shook her head, feeling kind of hot. “I’m thirsty,” she complained, looking around. “It’s too crowded and I’m too lazy though. I guess I’ll die dehydrated. So are you enjoying the party?”

Picking a costume hadn’t been easy, but he finally decided on The Phantom of the Opera. He found an old suit that had seen better days, but the crimson coloring fit the look. The mask at Spirit was way too expensive, he was kicking himself for not throwing this all together himself. But…. Money was money, he’d make it back in no time. For now all that mattered was he liked the costume. The Seven Gables house took on a new life dolled up for Halloween. He barely recognized anyone as he explored the festivities. “There’s a scare zone…” Robbie mused. He didn’t know who would be up for the challenge but, he would definitely go exploring. “I’m… beyond ready.”

Being scared on Halloween was a given. But it was the last thing Eva wanted to do. Literally ever. So she kept to what she thought was a safe space while in Seven Gables.
