your ed is not an excuse to be a dick about anyone elses weight. your ed is not an excuse to be fatphobic. your ed is not an excuse to demonise, bully or make anyone feel like shit because they are overweight/obese.
fat people with eds are valid. fat peoples eds are just as serious as anyone elses and they are deserving of love and help just like everybody fucking else.
you are not better than anyone else because you are thin.
Fatphobia is an ugly look on anyone, and u having an ed doesnโt change that. Just be nice and donโt shame people for their weight/appearance.
Rules to prevent it from going too far
๐นDonโt lower your goal weight. Ever. Donโt forget that itโs enough.
๐ฅ When your stomach passes the flat point and starts caving in youโve gone to far and you need to stop that shit.
๐ทIf youโre passing out at work you need to eat more.
๐บ If itโs too hard to lift normal things such as milk jug, PlayStation, table chairs, you need more calories.
๐ธ Donโt work out every day of the week.
๐ต๏ธ When you find yourself saying โfuck thisโ and eating everything in your house, youโre restricting too hard.
๐ป Always drink lots of water throughout the day whether or not youโre fasting.
๐ผ Keep in mind that you may gain and loose the same 3 lbs of water or food weight throughout the week and itโs not fat.
๐ฎ If you really feel the need to eat, eat. And donโt feel bad about it.
