Times Have Changed

"Of course we'll go a few days early," Wade agreed with a nod. Taking in Kelly's words, he beamed, "The weekend after sounds perfect. Actually...it won't be Drew or Stephen. My beat Man is going to be Heath Slater."

"California would be perfect actually. Gives us a chance to invite more people. When? Well if were having it at a beach, how about spring? Not too busy or too hot. I want to invite the lads of course."

“No, but I saw that look in your eyes. You like it when I touch you,” Wade smirked, moving his hands to either side of her head, palms flat against the wall, staring down at her.

“I…umm…I don’t know what you’re talking about.” Charlotte stammers, trying her best to avoid eye contact. She knew if she looked into his eyes, that would be the end of her. She’d lose all self control and become putty in his hands.

“You do, Charlotte,” Wade spoke very plainly. His eyes watched her, intently. She was gorgeous and with a simple flip of power, he would be putty in her hands. It was as if she was testing him, attempting to see what she was capable of.

“No…I…I don’t and I don’t appreciate you undermining my authority.” Despite how frail she appeared, she still managed to stand her ground. Glaring up at the Englishman, she shoves him back, causing him to collapse in a nearby chair. “Hmm, how convenient.” She smirks, sauntering her way toward him.

Wade almost laughed as she shoved him. It had caught him off guard, so he fell in to the chair. "Very convenient."

“No, but I saw that look in your eyes. You like it when I touch you,” Wade smirked, moving his hands to either side of her head, palms flat against the wall, staring down at her.

“I…umm…I don’t know what you’re talking about.” Charlotte stammers, trying her best to avoid eye contact. She knew if she looked into his eyes, that would be the end of her. She’d lose all self control and become putty in his hands.

"Planning our wedding, eh? Well, I be don't think it would be too hard. I want to have a lavish setting, a beach or church maybe? As for our honeymoon, I'd actually like to go to Italy."

"No, but I saw that look in your eyes. You like it when I touch you," Wade smirked, moving his hands to either side of her head, palms flat against the wall, staring down at her.

“Whatever I say.” The blonde replies with a smirk. “Think you can handle that?”

Wade raised an eyebrow, though the charming smile graced his lips again. “What makes you think you can order me about?”

“Because I’m the queen.” Charlotte boasts, poking his muscular chest with a perfectly manicured nail. “And whatever the queen wants, the queen gets.”

“You may be the queen, but I’ve been the king since long before you were on the main roster,” Wade smirked down at her. “I make the rules.”

“How dare you defy me?” She asks, clearly agitated by his insubordination. “You will do what I say or else.”

Wade laughed, pressing against her, “Or else what?”

Charlotte swallows hard as Wade presses his body against hers. This man was a giant standing at 6′7. She was 5′10 and he still managed to tower over her. Standing her ground and maintaining her composure, she presses right back, glaring up at him. “Or suffer the consequences.”

Wade grinned down at her, placing his hands on her hips, "You don't frighten me."

“I don’t. Maybe that’s just because I’m a bit of a brute myself.”

"Not a brute. Unhinged but not a brute."

"Everything you do is lovely, so beautifully lovely," Wade beamed with a kiss to her cheek. "I'm trying to change myself..."
