This naughty boy was told not to play ball near any window and he has smashed 2 windows this week. So the  Neighbours and the mother. Deals with his behaviour.

When I was around 10 or 11 I broke our neighbors window and my mom had her come over and spank me, I was told to remove my pants and lay across her lap. My mom handed her a paddle and then removed my underwear, I was paddled by her and then by my mom.
