Abigail Diamond is one of a kind. She’s never been one for violence, especially after living out most of her life with a both emotionally and physically abusive father. Her mother passing away before she was old enough to truly enjoy the things mothers and daughters do together, she spent her life beneath her father’s thumb. After her mother passed is when the abuse started, whether sober, or in a drunken stupor, Abigail’s father pushed her away, trying to erase any memories of her mother. Neither she, nor her father, knew of the curse her mother’s family carried however, and the one night Abigail fought back against her father, she ended up an accidental orphan, as well as a monster whose traits she was unaware she carried. Coming to Mystic Falls to escape the looks and questions of her hometown, she hopes to start over in the little town where the knowledge of supernatural beings are no more significant than the blink of an eye.

The Petrova fire, I like the sound of that. 

Petrova's always come back. That has been proven with Katherine, Rayna, Scarlett and now Charlotte. She is the daughter of Rayna and she knows it. She can be sweet, funny, caring and kind. Then there is the other side of her. The Petrova side of her which is cunning, manipulative, bitchy and will stop at nothing to get what she wants. After getting a bit older she always knew she was an outcast in the family she had gotten placed in after the death of her family. Well what she thought to be death. Soon she ended up finding out that her mother never really died but was turned into a vampire. Wondering to why she left her she was determined to find her. It was dangerous but she was dedicated. After leaving her "home" at 14 she traveled through Bulgaria to see if she could find anything. It wasn't easy but she managed to find out a few things. Like her mothers name and that her mother had been adopted and was really a Petrova. One day in the woods she ran into her first vampire in the woods. She didn't know what do but she didn't have much of a choice the vampire ended up force feeding her blood and snapping her neck. Part of her was angry although the other part found it exciting. She is smart and knows how to get exactly what she wants. She drinks vervain like it's blood and has acquired more than one daylight ring. She has a necklace that everyone can see and then she has a ring she keeps on her toe. She isn't scared of anything and laughs in the face of danger.

Esther wasn't the only original witch around. There was another but he resisted in what is now England. He liked to tamper in both dark and light magic finding both side of it to be interesting. He was probably the most powerful witch around as he continued to become more and more powerful. He wanted immortal life but he didn't want to become a vampire so he put a spell on his body that preserved his body and kept him young. Continuing to travel around the world he enjoys the company of woman and men. He can be sweet, funny and charming or he can be your worst nightmare. He has a short temper and can be quite a dick if you piss him off.

Hiding Tate’s parentage took expert manipulation on Esther’s part from the moment he was born. Unfortunately for her, it didn’t last long. His red hair gave away who his father was, and as a result Mikael sent him away. He grew up in the village with his siblings despite Mikael’s wishes to never see him again, becoming close with Rebekah, Henrik and especially Kol. When Esther turned her children into vampires, she turned Tate as well, effectively sealing his bond with his half siblings. After Klaus’ werewolf side was locked away, Tate professed his loyalty to him, that they were truly brother’s born from the lies of their mother. He witnessed Klaus ripping Esther’s heart from her chest, along with Mikael, and has happily kept the secret for 1000 years. He’s been daggered once, for about fifteen years, only because he caught his siblings off gaurd when he brought a man home and it took them that long to stop being weird about it. Tate is has an upbeat sense of humor and he’s a bit of a snark; just because he seems nice doesn’t mean he is, his siblings know what a pain in the ass he can be, it’s why he and Kol get along so well.

Well shit...it's a family reunion.

Aiden Salvatore is brother to Damon, Stefan and Delilah Salvatore. More like Damon than anyone in the family, seeing as he is the second oldest, by only a year, when one encounters Aiden they soon meet a charming, brave, stubborn, immature young man. After being the sort of black sheep in the family when he was younger, Aiden quickly changed his ways once he hit his teenage years. Quickly adapting into womanizing habits it wasn’t odd to see Aiden with different women from the town. Though Aiden was not as close to Stefan as he was with Damon, he was completely crushed when he learned his brothers had “died.” Choosing to run away, it was Lilah who had stopped him, and changed him into what he is today. Annoyed at first by her actions, Aiden soon learned to accept the change and followed his little sister and Katherine around the world for a time, before he departed and did his own thing. Aiden never learned that his older brother Damon, and younger brother Stefan really are alive, what will happen when he comes back to Mystic Falls to see the family is back together again?
