Mentally i haven’t been doing great, and i’ve been trying to ignore it or push through it, but it’s getting harder to pretend i’m okay when i’m really not. i’m tired, overwhelmed, overthinking everything, and i just don’t feel like myself lately.

I don’t know how long i’ll be gone. i just know i need a break because my head feels too heavy right now and i need to focus on getting through things.
