Hello! Since this was an ask I’ll use it as a blanket statement. Sorry if you didn’t mean it to be seen by everyone! First thanks for considering me! I’ve also had someone ask me to be a cowriter before and while I love RPing and in general enjoy collaborations I find it very hard to rp and cowrite with people I personally do not know or don’t have some sort of friendship/trust built up with. Mainly because I have a lot of triggers and squiks and mostly use fic writing for personal reasons. So rping or cowriting is a very intamite thing for me that I would not feel comfortable doing with someone I do not know/have not talked to on a personal level. Besides i’ve been so busy I doubt I’d be able to keep up with anything 😅 (I’m even slacking on my own fics!) But thank you!!!

Bit of a personal post, but considering that I write fanfics that explore the trans experience and I know that representation and just good things happening to trans people is very important especially right now. I did want to share this. So I am out to my coworkers in my department (not to higher ups I live in fucking Florida I am not putting a target on my back) I take a walk on my lunch break because I am stuck inside all day. The other girls in the office do too. Recently I stopped because I have been cat called and hollered at by two different guys. Mind you I have peach fuzz, bnd and wear slacks, vests and ties. I am not giving woman at all. Of course the combo of feeling like yet again I don’t and will never be seen as my gender and then having to deal with rude guys (one of which is always on his bike circling around me) made me feel fucking depressed. My co-workers ask about me not walking as much anymore and I tell them why and the frustration around my gender presentation. They both promptly said “maybe they’re gay” as a way to make me feel better about the cat calling 🤣. I also finally came out to my friend who I’ve known since highschool. I was fucking worried. She was there for me during my divorce and health issues. We went to our first con together. I have visited her as much as possible when she is stationed elsewhere and generally kept in touch. I finally told her I’m transitioning and she was absolutely unphased. Her nickname for me had always been Princess (I’m boujie ok, lmao) and she simply said “I’ll have to change your name in my phone for prince” (cause I am still boujie, gender don’t change the royal treatment 💅). So it’s nice to see people just be so nonchalant and accepting in a country that would have you believe everyone hates you. There are good people that will love and respect you no matter what.
