Italian Chicken Caprese - Thuy’s version.

Fry the chicken with salt n pepper- constantly remove the oil.

Sauce: balsemic, sundried tomato, a lot of basil and oregano, garlic, peper, honey, pesto sauce, salt.

Pour over the chicken.

Add baby tomato

Mozzaella or whatever cheese you have.

Mushroom if you want to, whipped cream.

Bake 420 for 15 mins.

Serve with bread and balsemic sauce.

Grilled pork ribs (Boston butt-style ribs) - with fried egg and Vietnamese-style pickled vegetables. Broccoli sautéed in butter. Salted butter rice. Rib marinade: garlic / lemongrass / condensed milk / salt / fish sauce / Chinsu chili sauce / chili powder / BBQ sauce / a little water / sugar.
