Easter Lunch @ Ol’ South Pan Cake _ Burleson

Pepperoni pizza n sausage with extra box of fresh mozzaella cheese - sundried tomato.

Bristket & Bbq Ribs at Grape Vine historical town. The day we went for the interview and this is kind of our celebration meal (as we were not know for sure if it was through or not after the interview).

Pork chop - steamed edamame - baked sweet potato with chedar cheese and swiss cheese. (Cotton cheese / butter/ salt / whipped cream).

Italian Chicken Caprese - Thuy’s version.

Fry the chicken with salt n pepper- constantly remove the oil.

Sauce: balsemic, sundried tomato, a lot of basil and oregano, garlic, peper, honey, pesto sauce, salt.

Pour over the chicken.

Add baby tomato

Mozzaella or whatever cheese you have.

Mushroom if you want to, whipped cream.

Bake 420 for 15 mins.

Thịt sườn lợn nướng (boston butt style rib meat) - với trứng ốp, dưa muối kiểu Việt Nam. Brococoli xào bơ. Cơm bơ muối. Ướp sườn: tỏi / sả / sữa đặc/ muối / mắm / tương ớt chinsu / bột ớt / sốt bbq/ một chút nước lọc/ đường.

Onion sauteed in butter/ deer’s fat.

Toast full wheat bread then buttered / garlic.

Put the cheddar cheese on top of one.

Air fry for 2 mins at 300F

Take the plain one out: spread the avocado, tomato, cream cheese, cilantro (i grew them 😘) - some salt.
